Fabrication

  • CO2 Welding

CO2 welding, also known as gas metal arc welding (GMAW), utilizes a continuous solid wire electrode fed through a welding gun, along with a shielding gas mixture of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other gases. It is commonly used for welding ferrous metals
such as steel and is known for its high welding speed and efficiency

  • ARC welding

Arc welding encompasses various welding processes that use an electric arc to melt and join metals. This includes techniques such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), also known as stick welding, and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), commonly referred to as TIG welding. Arc welding is versatile and can be used with a wide range of metals and thicknesses.

  • TIG welding

Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), employs a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the arc and a separate filler material if necessary. A shielding gas, typically argon or helium, protects the weld area from atmospheric contamination. TIG welding produces high-quality welds and is often used for thin and exotic metals, as well as precise welding applications.

  • MIG welding

Metal inert gas (MIG) welding, also known as gas metal arc welding (GMAW), uses a continuously fed wire electrode and a shielding gas, such as argon or a mixture of argon
and carbon dioxide, to protect the weld pool from atmospheric contamination. MIG welding is versatile, fast, and suitable for both thick and thin materials, making it widely used in various industries for fabrication and manufacturing purposes.
